Betr Outsourcing (formerly Power 22), a leading call centre in Glasgow, is set to create over 200 new jobs as it embarks on an exclusive partnership with Scottish Power for the launch of Bruce Hub Energy.
This significant expansion will see the newly rebranded Betr Outsourcing opening a second site in Sunderland to accommodate the increased operational capacity required to support this exciting new campaign.

To steer this ambitious growth, Betr has appointed Richard Knox as the new Managing Director. Knox will join the existing executive leadership team of Gilles Baudet and Iain Dorrian, both serving as Executive Directors, to drive the company’s strategic objectives and fulfil its contractual obligations with Scottish Power.
